Softmerge Solutions PVT LTD., is a company approved by Ministry of Corporate Affairs ( www.mca.gov.in ) came to our college and recruited us on basis of our knowledge by conducting all tests & Interview (I’ve proofs ).
On agreement : First three months probation period in which they train us, from the completion of probation period only the candidature will consider as full time employ.
we worked for three months after the probation period, they said full three months salary will be credited at-a-time directly to our current accounts created by them.
1.) But they have not paid a single penny for us after the probation period also and there was no training.
2.) And they are blackmailing us by taking our originals certificates of education.
My request to Indian consumer forums is that taking this as a serious thing and cancel their registration, then there will be no repeating again this type of Fraud. We the students feeling very bad that enforcement department also no reacting to this……
