Fraud Calls from Fake lawyers-trying to extort O/S bills after service disconnection 4 months back

I am Abhishek & my Tikona User id – 1112718538 .
I got a call form 9212457838 ( calling herself Shefali Kapoor from Chamber 104, Tis Hazari court, Delhi), telling me that a civil case for Rs 870 can be filed against me , if I do not pay the outstanding amount to Tikona broadband services on their website. I had got the Broadband connection disconnected in June 2015 and I informed them for disconnection in advance and already communicated to Tikona via mails and phones.

Even their Service boy Mr.Kiran has collected the device & Modem on 11th July 2015 from my old address and that’s return receipt I already send to Tikona through e-mail and phone , and they still kept posting bills for July , August & September .

I have put a complaint against them too and send mail to Mr.Nair also for the same but he didn’t reply to my mails.

These people should be punished severely and tikona services should never be used as this is their way of extortioning money form customers who have left their broadband services .
