Fraud by Sandeep Yadav and Kalu of Priya property dealers

Hi,

I have recently faced a fraud done to us by Sandeep Yadav and his co-ordinate Kalu from

Priya property dealers in Saidula-ajaib near Saket, Delhi.

We are 3 grils and we finalised 2BHK flat from him near Saket metro station in Saidula-

jaib. We shifted on 1st July,2012 and the very first day, we gave him his complete

brokerage of 20 days (10000) and one month rent (16000) and 3500 as advance. When we

shifted our luggage to that new flat, the very first day, owner told us that 3 girls can

not stay. I was looking for 2 girls only. But we clearly mentioned in the very beginning to

the Broker that we 3 will stay. IT has been 5 days only in this flat and we are suffering a

lot.

Now, he is asking us to increase the rent or leave the house in 15 days or a month but he

will not return our money.
So, we discussed this with Broker and now, he is saying, you will have to pay more rent.
And when we are denying to pay more rent, he is pushing us to leave the house.
We finally decided to leave the house in a month So, we asked him to return our Borkerage

of 10000 but he completely denied. He is not at all ready to pay even a single penny for

the mistake which he did. This is really ridiculous.

We asked him to show us other houses in the same brokerage and he denied to do so. As far

as I know, this is rule that if anyone changes the house within 2 months, the same broker

will let them find the new house with no comision. But this broker “Sandeep Yadav and

Kalu”, they are not taking responsibility.

We paid 5500 to shift our luggage to this place and now he in a month, again we have to

shift back to some other place but these guys are not ready to bear even a coin. We wasted

our 35000 just because of this fraud. It seems this was planned and that is why he did not

tell the owner in advance that 3 girls will be shifting and he did fraud with us.
Now, whenever we try to call him, he is not picking the call which clearly shows his

intentions.

So, please suggest what should be done and alert others to beware of this property dealer and never go foe his Houses.
