Fraud booking of Flat in JP Wish Town

Location/place: NOIDA

Name of company/service: BOP (BETTER OPTION PROPMART)

BOP had made a fraud booking in JP Wish Town Garden Isles project, It has been 8 months since I paid booking amount of Rs. 3.5 lacs (Apr.2012) but till date I did not get any booking confirmation from JP, when contacted JP they say that my booking is rejected as BOP has made a false commitment during booking which JP don’t agree. I have made numerous phone calls and e mails to BOP but they are just dragging the issue. Please help.

    BOP is fraud company. they are not providing employee salary on time.
    They are firing employee in every month. BOP had almost 400 employee but now if you see there are max 200 employee remins.
