Respected Sir,
I would like to report fraud against a house maid agency.I had requirement for house maid for which I had called Just Dail and asked for contact Numbers of resp agencies.
One fine day I recvd a call from a person (Dilip) who claimed to be owning one such agency named Ganesh Enterprises in
Nangloi Delhi.Dilip sd he can provide a maid as per my requirement @ 3500/month and comission of 21000 against a 12months
contract.On 23rd Dec he sent a maid called Kashish with a lady named Radha who claimed to be working in the same office as
Dilip and taking care of maids.My husband was not at home and we somehow refused to accept the maid Dilip sent and asked to
send a new one as we were not liking her.Kashish was unable to give names of her previous employers which made us suspicious.
Dilip forced us to keep her promising that he will send a replacment very next day and Radha harrased us to keep Kashish.At
that time only me and my mother were presnt at home and no male member.Next day around 8 am Kashish vanished from our home without
informing anyone and very are till today its been 5 days we are trying Dilips number which is continously switched off.We reported
the same to our Local Police station (Link Road,Ghazibad) and they refused to lodge FIR claiming that Kashish was 21 yrs old
and hence she can go as per will.We have paid them 24500 Rs and now we have nowhere to go and no support from police also.
This is a case of harrassment and fraud and we are not getting any suport to recover our money.
