with due respect i want to state that
an institute in the name Yak Marine Services(A UNIT OF YAK EDUCATION TRUST)MUMBAI Bhakta Shalabega Nagar-3rd lane,Near Gopalpur Junction,By Pass.Bahadurpetta-760007 Berhampur,Ganjam(odiisha),Contact:9090984495,9090984496(not in service now fraud,they gave the add for admission in the merchant navy course(with 100%placement)runned by three partners Ranjeet Singh(he was from bihar)Thakur(he was from berhampur)and the third one Sudhansu Patra(who was also from Berhampur)they organized a written test with around 60-70 students from dfferent parts of orissa in their Gopalpur hostel which was situated near the agopalpur beach.After giving written test after 2-3 days a call letter was sent by them to my address mentioning to join the institute along with 50-thousand as the admission fees and hostel charges along with luggages to join within 2-3 days.so after getting the call letter i prepared to join.But after Joining i came to knew that only 40-students have selected for the training.After some days we came to know that call letter was send to all the students who appeared in the written test.But due to maximum course fee and placement charges some students didnt joined.after few days our classes was started and the teacher was Motilal Thakur who was the partner of the institute(but he told us that he is trainer and he has already been joined as a DECK OFFICER in a Singapore Based Oil Company And after training he will place us in that company(and the placement charges was between 3-5 lakhs)but they all cheated.after 3-4 months or so we came to know bit by bit,that they all are cheaters and no one has a valid license(CDC),they took us to mumbai after 6months and admmitted in a private institute who was giving 15 days training on a deck(they told that have tied up this institute and they will give us certifcate.But when we returned back they told that the CDC and the certificate will come within 1-month
and we have to give the rest payment.After that we paid the rest amount(1 lakhs)in cash to the third partner Sudhansu Patra,who told us that we can go to our homes till the CDC comes from Mumbai and after that we have to pay the placement charges.After a month we reached their but they refused saying that their is a problem regarding
passport and after the passport comes we will get our CDC.But no one got and after few days we came to know there was a disturbance between the 3partners and the main partner Ranjit Singh cheated them and he took all the money and he was dissappeared to his native place(Darbhanga,Bihar).After few days even if the second Partner did the same thing and he tooked his shares and he was also farrar.when we again went to office the office was not there and the board was taken off.when we went to hostel even if the third partner was also farrar, even if he didnt gave us the money receipt of the last payment,but only the first payment receipt a few of them have.Now we came to know that the second partner Motilal Thakur is running a different institute in Berhampur in the same way.When my colleagues reached,he threatened them and warned them to leave berhampur otherwise he will take severe actions against them as his father was a retired
Army officer who was also involved in this corruption.And Now i got information regarding the third partner with whom everyt transactions were made,
he is also running another fraud instiitute in the name of our beloved God(JAGANNATH MARINE ACADEMY

sir,
with due Respect I want You to Take Serious Actions against this three corrupted and cheaters who even have left a single student who were very poor
and their parents who have sold their lands and even if they have taken loans
and some other sources for their childrens secure and bright future,they are now cursing them an their life.It is a big same to our society even if so they dare to do so again and again in front of us and cheating more and more making the students life more miserable.
but now we are realising that including each and every staffs are cheaters and fraud.How a poor people can take severe actions against them who spoiled their childrens future.
so politely we think that some severe steps would be taken regarding my complaint.Regarding any documents or any other queries i will try my best to help.
