I have ordered Nokia 6 device from Amazon and it was delivered to me on 17 oct 2017. I found the device was faulty and I raised a return request but there is no pickup has been done for this then after few days i call and mailed amazon team that still there is no pickup has been done then they told me that the return window is closed and now they can’t do anything, this is really insane from amazon after few complaints i got a call that i need to send service denied letter from centre and sent to amazon but the service service centre clearly mentioned that they will not give the service denied letter . nOw i am helpless coz amazon giving the silly excuses and not helping me this is the worst customer service by amazon.
