Fraud Agreement Done for Bank Auction Property

Respected Sir

My name is Swapnil Deorukhakar. I have seen advertise for a bank auction property available in dombiwali on makaan.com by an agent Suraj Chaubey owner of Amber Capro Pvt LTD. He shown me that one property is available in Dombiwali. after discussion with him, I paid him Rs.1 Lakh by cheque in April 2012. He told me that the auction property will get cleared in 4 to 6 months. I was taking continuous feedback but still today nothing is cleared by him. When I went to his office in Nalasopara, it was closed. When I made enquiry, I came to know that it was closed 3 months back. Now his contact number is also not reachable. From internet I came to know that he started a new group as agryfs at Ambadi Road in Vasai West.

I requesting you to help me so that at least I can get my money back.

    First of all i assume u atleast have some proof that u have paid the money to the respective person. Why dont u try to make a case in consumer court. It may take some more money of u. But worth a try.
    File a case and make burn his asshole.
