On 27th June 2014, I got a call from aura seven india pvt. ltd. and said 4 benefits of offer by service provider and deducted Rs. 7999 from my credit card by making me fool. The service provider did not give chance to discuss with my family members about this above mentioned offer.

After discussion with my family members, they did not want to take these benefits. So I wanted to cancel it and wanted to money (Rs. 7999) back. I called to its service provider on helpline number and told to cancel the above mentioned offer, he asked my name and mobile number and assured me to revert back.

Then I wrote a mail to aura seven india pvt. ltd. on website and again requested aura seven india pvt. ltd. to cancel the offer and refund my money i.e Rs. 7999.

After sometime, aura seven india pvt. ltd. lady service provider and ‘SAMEER’ (firstly who called me) called me and assured about gift. Again, I requested them to cancel the offer and return my money i.e Rs. 7999. but they insisted me that first, you receive our gift and if you’ll dissatisfied then we will return your money.

Yesterday, I have received aura seven india pvt. ltd. gift and truly, I am dissatisfied with their gift which is ‘British Polo Club Combo Watch, Leather Wallet and Belt’. They claimed that its cost is Rs. 4,999 which does not look anywhere. I inquired about their gift on internet and surprisingly their gift cost is between Rs. 599 – Rs. 1,499.

I am shocked that they rob money by making such stupid things.

They told and confirmed me if I’ll dissatisfied with their so called gift ‘British Polo Club Combo Watch, Leather Wallet and Belt’ then they will return my money i.e. Rs. 7,999.

But they are not returning my money i.e. Rs. 7,999 thatswhy I am approaching to consumer forum for redressal of my grievance.

    I am also the victim of same deal. I will call them right away and will try to cancel the deal.

    By the way have you got any response from them in last 1 week? Have you got your money back?

    yes, i got my money back..
    They are Not as bad as I thought. Whenever i wrote a mail to them regarding my money back, every time they called back.

    I too have been a victim of the same. I wish to know how could i get my money back. I am unable to get any way. Please help me.

    Also please let me know if they have charged you anything in lieu of the return.

    I was just called up with this offer. i escaped. But can anyone tell me how they used to debit the victim. I mean mode of payment.
