Fraud

Dear Sir,
I received an SMS on my mobile in October from numbers +91 8879132992 and +91 8750578671 that they will offer personal loans and they also informed me to transfer 2 EMIs worth INR 27500 to a savings account. I went ahead and transferred the money to the below account:

Branch :Central Bank of India, Azadpur Branch, New Delhi
Name : Mantu Singh
Account Number : 3239287945

Since the transfer was done in the last month, they have not provided the loan nor refunded the amount. They are not picking up my call as well. Request you to help me in getting my money back from them.
