I had placed the below order for Combo (Kain Casual Shoes (KN-DSCF-2010) + Urban Terrain Black Canvas Shoes(120418)) and had to wait for 15 days to get the order, but still I have received the incorrect shipment with just one pair of Shoes which is damaged.
One of their agent had called me after a week confirming order and dispatch of item, again after a week some other agent calls me with regards to unavailability of stock, and offers me refund. When I disagreed for refund and warned them that I am going to escalate to consumer forum, he said he will ship it.. The next day I received a call saying product is available and will be shipped…
I suspected for sure there would be some issue..for the matter of fact, I received just one pair of shoes which is not from my order, that too a damaged piece, there was no detail of my order in the shipment I received neither a invoice for the shipment.
When we tried calling them it just lands into IVR and nobody picks up the call.. we have tried calling over 200 times but no luck.. we mailed about enquiry, we never received a reply.. finally we decided to go to their office and physically handover the product…we had to jump around to talk to an executive from the address what they have actually mentioned in the web.. till the time we spoke to them we had never received any Email, once we escalated and spoke to them we get a response on my email that to pre timed.. we had there around by 5:15 but then I get a mail timed 4:30… the supervisor was not ready for any compensation for all the fraud what they have done..
Now finally I am at the doors of Consumer Forum for the Justice of what 100Best buy people are doing to the customers. I am not the only one who have encountered this.. My other 5 colleague have encountered similar issue with 100BestBuy. I have all the supporting documents and call history for this case..
