fradulent bill charge

I use Vodafone connection: 9654697896

Every month Vodafone charge me extra for service which I never download or subscribed to. I still pay bill on time.

This time (for Nov. bill) Vodafone charged me Rs. 99 + tax for d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 service which I never downloaded or subscribed to.

I called Vodafone customer care 14 times and nobody helped me.

I wrote chains of emails to Vodafone customer care even to higher level but they were NOT helping hand at all. Everytime I got a response to pay my bill or else we will charge fine for not paying your bill on time.

I am harassed by Vodafone. Please help me.

Please take an immediate action against Vodafone (fraud company, cheater)

I am planning to switch over to a different network
