I have entered work agreement on 17th Aug ’12 and paid Rs.6000 towards registration. After joining he has provided 2 months work and not paid single piece telling that i have not completed the complete project files.
As per the agreement he has to provide 3 projects even though the work not completed. But he said that by mistake he has given wrong print out of another project and stopped sending me the work.
When i have asked he said new online project is starting and will give once it gets started but till now he has not provided any work nor returned my payment.
As per the Clause 22 Guaranteed Payment:
Rs.6000 will be paid every month for all the files which are below 80.1% accuracy; there will be no payment for the files which are rejected.
