i received a call on date 20 may 2012 from amit kumar on behalf of aircel company pvt ltd his cell no. 09536391977,09836390447 .. and give me a sbi account no. 32188735411 , and asked me to deposit rs.3500 for registration fees for installing tower of aircel company.. i deposited 3500 rs in his account from the sbi rajsamand branch . .. then he called me again on 24/5/12 and asked to deposit more 20,000 rs for income tax as he said ….
and he send a mial from
Anup Singh and mailed me documents wh attested by stamps ..
1)agreement on 5000 rs stamp
2)agreement letter in which he written that i will get 20 lac rs on installation and 60000rs per month as rent and a job to a family member on the saary 20000 to 25000rs per month..
3)certificate of company aircel company pvt ltd
4)photos of tower they are going to install ..
all documents were attested by the stamps of
1)aircel company pvt ltd verlay mumbai
2)office address stamp b-252 ,2nd floor near alfa phase-1 varley mumbai maharashtra.
3)stamp having national embalum
again he called me on 28/5/12 and asked to deposit 12500 rs for the insurence of tower , i deposited on the same date and he told me to send check of 20 lacks with the truck including tower material with an engineer … then he called me again and ask to deposit money of 16000 to clear the check of 20 lacs as he said it is the commision of accountent . .. then he asked me to deposit commision of 10 % of tower material cost 2.5 lac , i deposited 25000 on the date 1/6/12.. then he asked to deposit 16000 rs for the so called builty tax of states .. i deposited 16000 rs on the date 6/6/12 through the same sbi rajsamand branch .. then he called me on 17 june and told truck will be reached at your site at 4 pm, but i didnt receive any truck or any engineer .. and whern i called again he told it will reached on next day .. and then i again try to contact him but he switched off his all cell phones.. he also used another mobile no. for contact me ,listed belo

i went to sbi branch on 27/6/12 to ask about that account ..
they give me the details of that account
