Force to pay extra

Hi,

I was using reliance data card till 10 Sep 2014. I closed the account with till that date expenses (561 + 89 rs = 650). Even though i requested them to close on 10 sep they closed it on 30 sep 2014. They asked for a bill payment of 450. I requested an explanation for which there was no reply. On 30 april 2016 i was called by reliance lawyer and was asked to pay the amount within the same day. When i asked for an explanation they did not provide but still i was threatened saying we will file a case against you if you dont pay it within today. Without providing details i was forced to pay a cheque for 450. I came to know in the service center that many have to come for the same problem.
