I m taking Loan a/c No. 4050CD00292044 for Panasonic LED on 27 April 2012. Document given at the time of Signing Loan form for LED – 1) Pan card xerox 2) Marriage certificate xerox 3) Gazette certificate xerox. Mr. Shailesh Kamble (Bajaj Fin executive – In Ghatkopar (W) Vijay sales), who have complete this procedure, saying not need of cross cheque. Because my previous Loan A/c No. 4050CD00175068 for Whirlpool washing machine – having my bank details. I m buying this also same procedure & that time given cross cheue. Was completed that loan without any discrepancy.
I have received SMS from Bajaj on 4th for June, Your ECS due on 5th June 2012. But it not deducted my account. So I calling your Vijay sales executive for same on 8th June2012. But he has not idea about this. Then he will given Bajaj Fin Ser. A/c department person contact no. Mr. Samit Desai – firstly he saying “May be your ECS date is 15th June2012′” He was not sure about this. I will call again for confirm this ECS date – then he has saying “Your ECS on 05th June2012 was bounce, due to Name not match. I was informed him – i already give all document, so why should bank reject the ECS. Not having all document with him. Now your one of executive, missing my document.
I m having ICICI Bank a/c since – From 2005. This is my salary a/c. Due to some official policy -not able to change my name.
Irritated with Bajaj Fin Serv.poor service. From 14 June 2012, every day call twice or thrice. Not getting any proper revert of solution from Bajaj site. & Mr. Samit saying, you have received call from our collection team & you pay your ECS Amt + Extra 300-400 charges.
This was not my fault to misplace the document. I m not paying any extra cost for same.
