Flipkart is not delivering my shipment

Location/place: rourkela,sundargarh,Odisha

Name of company/service: Flipkart

I placed one order of Joma T. Match Tennis Shoes (Size: 42) on 3rd Aug 2013 bearing Order ID-OD30802042068. They assured me I should get my product by 6th Aug. Till now I did not get my shipment, when I am calling to flipkart, they are always asking me 24-48 hours. Tracking ID is not showing any update of the shipment. I am totally fade up.

    i already paid through my debit card but delivery boy said your item is unpaid i saw my order in flipkart it is paid please resolve the problem soon

    i hv not got my order till yet.. i hv placed it last 9 days before.. ur customer care told me u will get it in 48 hours but it has been 4 days but till yet i have not got my order.. and i have already payed the amount through my debit card
