FEE REFUND

I took admission in PGDM course in Era Business School, Dwarka and deposited 1st Sem.fee of Rs. 125000 + 20000 as security. After ten days, due to some reason I requested Era Business School to allow me to withdraw my admission from the institution and refund of fee after deducting reasonable charges i.e.one month fee. But institute paid me Rs. 61667 and deduted Rs. 83333 as one month fee, whereas one month fee comes to Rs. 20833. I requested so many times to refund Rs. 62500(extra deducted amount)but all in vain. I belong to a middle class family and Rs. 62500 is a huge sum for me and my family. Please instruct the institute to refund my remaining fee.
