Faulty Kent Water Purifier- issue not addressed by company

I purchased an RO water purifier by Kent company and have registered complaints several times regarding its faulty operation. The company executives come, check and diagnose the problem every time and promise to come ‘next time’ with solution and never revert back till I remind them of the complaint again. If simple posting on this forum does not help me I am left with nothing but to approach the consumer court as the company does not seem to budge after selling a faulty equipment.

    Try complaining on Waterconsumer.org. it is a web portal for safe drinking water related issues and they might be able to resolve/help.
