Faulty CDMA JIVE PRO+ sold

Hi,

I have ordered CDMA mobile from Reliance, eShop Globalspace Jive PRO +. The mobile screen cracked automatically in the pocket as these are chinese products.After this incudent I contacted reliance for warranty claim and its service centers. They are demanding 5500 rs. to faulty product screen to be replaced.

Please never buy mobiles from Reliance eShop site. Worst quality mobiles are veing sold on this site. They are not even helpful in terms of service. Any other mobile screens are available in market at cheaper rates. But these people are demanding high cost for 8k mobile.

Kindly refrain from buying such products.

Hi,

I have logged complaint on site mentioned by RCOM CARE. At the end they are saying they can’t help out and I have to pay 5500 to get phone repaired. This is not yet resolved.

This phone is still under warranty and it has not been used more than a month. Display is working well but only touch is not working. Till reliance service centers are demanding such a high price. Please don’t buy anything from reliance- eshop site. No one takes the responsibility. You have to end up with faulty products.
