Sub: False commitment and irresponsible behavior of executive.

Sir,

I applied for a connection on Saturday March 30, 2013. The form number is 474167. I was assured that I will be getting connection within a day that is today Sunday March 31, 2013. He told that I will get some message on status. Till now I did not get any status. I am trying to call him since morning. He is not lifting my phone. Now his mobile is switched off. I want the connection as per the date committed. If not I will have to file a consumer forum complaint for making false promise and misguiding customer.

He belongs to DSA: K N Communications. Mr. Fazal is the channel manager.

If I don’t receive any reply and action on this executive, I shall escalate this to Mr. Manoj Kohli, your CEO (International)

Note: I have never seen such a useless executive in my life.

    THEY ARE HIJACKING COMPANIES DATABASE ONLINE AND USING THIS DATA FOR MAKING MONEY…CALLING TO THE PEOPLE SAYING THE VENDOR FRAUD TAKING MONEY FROM THEM..THEY DON’T HAVE ANY ADDRESS…THEY ONLY DOING THIS ACTIVITY BY MOBILE PHONES….

    they are giving offer to the people that they will provide their refund if they will give them 20,30,40% of the full amount paid online.They taking money in advance after taking money they never replying customer…
    THEY ARE THE ONLINE CHEATER GROUP…..

    We are a team of social activists who help the victims of online fraud in recovering their hard earned monies from online fraudsters and cheaters without any consideration. Hence it is purely social service. Thus no law mandates an individual to obtain license or permission to do social service.

    In the process of doing so we make many enemies who write such baseless comments. We have targetted few fake online portals who cheat people on the name of contest. We are sure one of them has put this comment.

    The modus operandi employed by such portal is that they solicit attention of innocent people with various types of fancy and lucrative offers by calling them on their mobile phones and induces them to pay lakhs of rupees and in return they send substandard goods as gifts and later adjust the said gifts delivered towards the payments received.

    Our team has vast knowledge in online transactions is well equipped to arm twist the online cheaters and fraudster and compel them to part with their loot and has been successful in his endeavour in past as he helped so many victims in recovering their funds.

    “Amit Rajput” we are not sure what committment you are referring to and what amount you intend to get back from us. No doubt you are one of the fraudsters who have been our target. Try some other ways, if you can.

    Raj and Delhi Legal Team: If you are really a legal team you must know that no law stops any one from doing social service. If you are a part of the fraud companies who have been our target, GOD Bless you, we will find you.

    IT TAKES 24 HOURS FOR US TO REMOVE THIS BLOG WHICH HAS SO MANY FAKE COMMENTS ABOUT US. BUT WE WANT TO KEEP IT ACTIVE. THIS GIVES IDEA TO OTHE FRAUDSTERS HOW WE WORK.

    I was going through this link against Suhani CForum. Being a police from Maharastra I casually called prakash tiwari to understand what he does. I actually presented a fake complaint. He promised me to help and try to get refund from a fraud company. When I said fees, he said we dont charge as we dont incurr any cost. Then I disclosed that I am from Maharstra Police and appreciated him for his wonderful services.
    SuhaniCForum has been helping innnocent people. This forum is just 9 months old but has created a lot of problem to fraudsters in Delhi.
    We wish this team all best.

    Why are you quite? We dont take single penny from any one. How come we can take 5000 from you. If you have paid this amount to us (which is actually false) provide the snap shot of the payment. You can attach the payment slip in your face book ID. Share your face book Id too so that general public can see…
    If you fail to show payment proof, we will take legal action on you. We know from which company you belong to.
