False commitments/ invalid vouchers issued

Tried contacting them but no revert.

As discussed please find attached the scan copy of voucher. As already explained that I am facing problems while redeeming the voucher because as per your site this is an invalid voucher.

This was registered very much within the timelines mentioned in the voucher.

Would let you know the dates and place of preferred destination.
