False commitment and not refunded full payment

I had joined skillcart last year for ielts coaching and recently i joined again for the same. Initially she quoted me 3000 for 30 days ielts writing and reading practice and I paid 2000 but after 4 days training she started giving me reasons for her unavailability to conduct the class when I asked her to refund my money then she said it is worth for grammar session where she covered only grammar. When I insisted her then she offered only 1000 rs refund.
