Cheating job seekers by telling them that they have Job placements with MNCs in India and Abroad.
1. They see Job seekers profiles in Naukri, Monster, Shine and then they approach job seekers by calling them and assuring them with confirmed job offer with MNCs.
2. Registration amount has to be paid upto 10K for Local and International jobs, It’s for knowing the seriousness of candidate and one time payment, no need to pay anything further as per them. No receipts will be given for this amount. Payment is through credit card on online account transfer (Not to Global Ventures Consultants, it has to be paid to a 3rd party mediator company, don’t even know where it is.)
3. Charges upto 25K has to be paid for Educational certificate and Work Experience verification by 3rd party agents as per Client company request.
(No receipts for this payment as well). This is pre-condition of client company to consider you for interviewing.
4. Fake 10 minutes HR/Tech 1st round interview through Skype. Fake Skype ID. Fake Profile pic. Interviewer won’t switch on camera. All just very simple and basic questions. Like chatting with a friend. Surprise is immediate result of your 1st round: Through for next round, Congrats at the end of interview. If you ask any questions, he says I’ve to take interviews for few more guys, already scheduled, getting late, had to go. Please get in touch with your consultant.
5. Consultant congrats you for successful 1st round, and he received a mail from client company to take an online test for which you have to pay 20K.
He says the test is objective type and our person will help you while answering the test in online. He knows all the answers. Don’t tell the client that you got assistance while taking the online test. After Paying the amount, Don’t expect that they conduct some technical test from client side in online.
It’s just a Quantitative aptitude/Verbal reasoning test which are freely available in online portals. Puzzled, Surprised, There are still so many tricks these people play. Due to space constraint not listing all.
Do not pay anything to any consultant till your Job offer (Verified with Client company, These consultants can provide fake job offer letters as well) is in hand.
