I am a customer of your close up product purchasing 3 close ups bearing FREE MOBILE RECHARGE offers of 20/- each on 22 Sep 14 at
3:36 – 3:47 PM. On the same day, I followed the procedures written on the wrapper and won the recharge of 60/- and got a message
that within 48hrs your mobile will be recharged with 60/-. On 24 Sep 14, at 4:00PM, I queried about the recharged money which I had not received even after 48 hrs. I called LEVERCARE (HINDUSTAN UNILEVER CUSTOMER CARE) vide reference no. 4002219757 & 4002220339 and Employees named Shiva and Biswas Mishra told me that In my system it is showing that the amount is already delivered to mobile no 9676559018 at 11:03-11:15 PM on 22 Sep 14. Then, I queried my service provider BSNL customer care and he told no recharges are done on 22 Sep 14 till date.

EITHER THE OFFER IS FAKE OR YOUR SYSTEM IS DOWN.

even for me almost similar case
i bought closeup 80 g in that Rs.10 free mobile recharge offer was there but what ever contact no they have mentioned in the cover (to get back the call to feed the code which they have given inside the cover) is not getting connected most of the time or it will respond as busy. Simply they are telling some story to sell the product. From now i will try to avoid buying closeup. -
I agree. I also purchased 150 gm closeup but never get their number 09029011177. tried continuously 2 weeks but always line is busy. They are cheating the public. I stop using close up.

i had taken many time offer pack she tells your will be done with in 48 hours but it not come from so many days and yesterday also i take big pack offer of 20 rs its also not came yet what is this i am not satisfied about this offer plzzzz snd me or give me your num to speak your head office.

Same case happened to me also. I bought 150 g pack and dialed the number given on pack but all the time either got the busy tone or the number is out of reach. Fake offer.. PIL should be filed against such mass fooling.

I bought 80 closeup pack mobile recharge is not properly working. I give missed call to 09029011166 this number is always switch off.it is fake to all customer.
