Fake bills, misledding executives and Legal notice

We have multiple Tata Photon connections. Our executive gave us an offer to upgrade the connections to new Tata Photon max which seamed to be a good option but I realize now it was his way of selling new connections. We were promised that the old connections would be closed but now we have been regularly harassed by customer care for clearing bills on the old closed connections in spite of explaining them the situation.
Now they have started harnessing on the name of a Legal Notice sent over email to clear the dues.
This is the worse company I have seen in my life.

  6. No calls received and now someone called Diya Thakur phone number 8595425890 on the name of Advocate Anand Kumar Mohala and Prashant Mohala is sending letters at my address for the payment. This is really frustrating to followup again and again. Sending a copy of the letter on the mentioned email id

    Thanks
