I (Pavitra Keswani) have purchased Iball Andi Uddaan on 2/5/2014 from Classic World.NX., Chembur, Mumbai. With IMEI no. 911346000307962 and cash memo no. 665 for 9000 Rs. There were some problems in the phone due to which I was unable to use my phone in the month of May only. I contacted Iball service center and they told me that they will change a chip on the mother board and asked me to submit my phone with original bill for 7 days but returned me another handset with IMEI no 911346000097019 after 1.5 month without bill, when I forced them to return. Now again I m facing problems with this handset and I know if I again submit my phone in the service center I have to be without phone for couple of weeks/months which I don’t want to suffer. I want that iball should give me a proper handset or return my money. Please look into this matter and help me asap. Waiting for your reply.
