Extra VAS usages charges apply and loop is not ready to give money return.

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Loop Mobile

I have loop billing card. I had never activited VAS service ever but still loop has charged me since last 6 month. Hence I have compaints in loop service gallary at Charchgate and executive name is Mr. Bharat. Each time he said your amount will credit in your account but I was not received any amount my loop. Finally I have decided communicate through mail and I wrote mail. Now loop is ready to give me only last 3 month charges but I am suffer this problem since last 6 to 7 month hence my expectation is that loop should credit all my amount which is not applicable to me.
