I got calls from the above said company for e-commerce website, I accepted and paid INR 40000 to them on August 07, 2012 through credit card, first they told they will develop my ecommerce portal but till date they have never given me any portal neither they have refunded my money, I called Ramakrishna the VP of sales the sales executive Tahseen but they are not picking my call even not replying my mail.Please advice me how to sue them, I have payment proof and all mails as a proof, Please guide me
