I bought a mobile from flipkart on dec. They assured me that if there is any issue with the mobile I can contact the service centre of karbon company but when I went to the service centre they told me that ur IMEI no. Is not available in the system so in deed j cant get my mobile serviced and when I told about this to flipkart they even assured me that you u get a solutn in 24hrs but there was no such solution beng provided and whn I infromed them back they gave me an excuse that your complaint has been transfered to wrong department and then they just sent me and Invoice of mobile. Which still didnot helpd me to get my mobile repaired so I requst you to take necessary action against this
