Ecobay developers and builders private Ltd is a company promoted by Mr.Sebastian Gomes,Mr.Wilson Fernandes along with their friends and family member.Mr.Sebastian Gomes is managing director and others are directors in this company. They opened office in Chennai .Mr.Sebastian gomes and Mr.Wilson are having one more company called Sansucrete Technologies which is also doing civil works. These people are from Bangalore .Sebastian Gomes is a civil engineer.
Sebastian Gomes and his company Ecobay collected huge amount of money from many people by selling apartments ( physically not constructed yet) just showing the land. I bought 2 apartments in his projects . I have paid around Rs 40 Lakhs for 2 apartments. My friend also paid money Rs 20 lakhs for one more apartment based on my purchase decision. We must have taken possession of finished apartments in Dec 2015 as per the agreement . But the builder stopped all site activities within 2 months of construction kick off at site.
After so many complaints and pressure from buyers after a long time, he resumed work for 2 months and again stopped. He has looted buyers’ money for personal needs and closed the office as well.So much of money to be settled to the vendors. Employees were sent off by this people without clearing their pending salaries.
Buyers of the apartment are anxious and mulling legal action against Sebastian Gomes and Ecobay.
I would like to caution every common man in this society about this fraudulent team and please be away and do not get cheated by this man Sebastian Gomes and team
