ECIL is not doing fair with consultants

Hello everyone

This is inform to all my Btech n electronics frnds that never try to join ECIL as contract basis. This is worst job of electronics. Ecil staffs are just taking our use they are paying just small amount of money to us and send us to sites and doing supervision of site Never attract with name of ECIL. You will be just a servant for them. If you want to join ECIL then crack a exam of GET and get permanent entry.You are an engineer not a Labor class which work to tell labors that how many pits u have to make and how many work u have to do today. Please never Join ECIL Your future will destroy if u join it.

    i am waiting for consultancy job in ecil in hyderabad..they are taking the engineers in contract basis for three years and paying 22k per montj….please suggest me the best to join in this company r not

    I am feeling very disgraceful that I haven’t seen this post before. In fact it was not less than an unfortunate. As I am an Electronics graduate, when I came to know there is a recruitment in ECIL for Consultant, I didn’t left any stone unturned to join this organisation and what to say emphatically whether it was my fortunate or my career was going to be spoiled, I didn’t realized specifically at that time. I got flabbergasted when I met the people belong to here. Especially the senior personnel, people belong to here even don’t know anything they are like khoda pahad nikla chuaa.
