ebay is playing with customer emotions

HI Team,

I have purchased I phone 5s through eBay cost 21,499.00 but its not working properly and touch is not working. i have tried to contact seller but seller info is wrong. i have climes a case on eBay Claim ID : 1663057 but eBay team is not giving response properly. eBay is fraud online market don’t purchase anything on eBay. and i am going to file a case in consumer court also i have only hope on consumer act. if i fails in that also. i can’t do anything because its my dad’s gift. its more than his effort because of my wish he purchased but i lost my money i cant face my dad. 22k is huge amount for me.
