Ebay cheating customers n not helping at all

sir on 26/2/14 i purchased an item on EBAY india namely xoloq 3000 mobile for 17055 rupees net after some discount …The item ID was 191073860869 and my pay paise ID was 35795722312….But received the item on fourth of march just to open the box and find out that the mobile was not working at all when during incoming and outgoing calls due to some problems at the same time i contacted e bay and raised a complainnt but ebay customer case isn’t helping and telling me to get it to service centre wich doesn’t exist in my place nor in my state aso I can’t get there also they send me a faulty piece and are making me run from pillar to post…This is cheating on behalf of ebay….so plz sir look into the matter and make it possible that they refund my whole money

    We regret to know that the product you’ve purchased has stopped working. We at eBay provide 30 days of purchase protection i.e. eBay Guarantee*. However, products with Manufacturer warranty are excluded from eBay Guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest Authorized service center of the Brand and get the issue resolved.

    In case if the item that had been delivered to you was dead on arrival / fake you may provide us a DOA / Declaration letter from the authorized service center on [email protected]. Our team will review the same and provide an appropriate resolution.

    Thanks sir but no thanks as ebay claims deptt has given verdict in favour of seller……From this point i have realized one thing that we should never purchase a product from ebay with manufacture warranty otherwisr we are made to run from pillar to post inspite of spending our hard earned money as have been I….

    Sir i had after loosing the case at ebay gurantee raised a claim at grievance deptt. who were little bit leinent to me and arraged a conference call with the seller….since there is no authorised service centre of the product here I had arranged a inperson call of sort of collection centre personnel with seller who expressed their inability to arrange a DOA certificate as it was the only collection centre sort of in the whole valley and said they don’t issue DOA certificates however they agreed to arrange a hand written stamped DOA certificate which seller agreed to…But on sending a scan copy of that to the seller he rejected it outwrightdly…

    Then finally on 13/3/14 after making lage hu n cry from my side seller agreed to Replace/ refund the set provided I ship bak the item to him and I shipped bak to him on 14/3/14 just to get my problem resolved eith money refunded or set replaced…..I have send trakking details to insellerverification as well as scan copy of shipping receipt….

    so plz sir see to it that I get my money refunded or set replaced…..I won’t accept if sellers sends a repaired set to me ……

    Sir this mail I am sending in extrrme shock and grievance to ebay who has made me run from pillar to post in context with the claim whose details lies in the previous communucations of this msg….

    Dear sir after raising the issue with grievience team the grievance deptt showed little bit sympathy towards my cause and finally instructed me to resend the item bak to the seller which I shipped in no time and due to some holidays and holi festival got delayed but will reach the seller in one or two days maxm…..E bay griecences team assured me either the set will be replaced or money refunded which seller had also agreed to after ebay arranged conference call with him……as I had shown my inability to produce a genuine DOA letter due to unavailability of genuine xolo service centre here

    .on this condition I shipped the item bak after getting assurity of replacement or refund…….. But today after interacting with the seller and also via ebay seller has clearly rejected replacement of set as he has subjected replacement of set to validity of being genuine from xolo service centre means he will replace set only if xolo service centre declares DOA certificate issued at my place as genuine…..Sir in my all my messages and verbal communications with ebay and seller I had expressed my inability to produce a genuine DOA letter as there is no authorised service centre of xolo here at my place but a collection centre here had issued a hand written DOA letter ………..
    On all these facts the ebay team had directed me to ship the set bak for replacement or refund ……….so plz. Sir see to it and assure that I get refund or replacement asap..
