We ordered a mobile phone (HTC DESIRE 816 G) online from buyadda.in at approx. on 7th april 2015. But still we have not recieved our mobile and even the contact number given at their site is switched off from last 3 days.
We are not even getting any tracking details.
We have already paid (INR 15,500) for the same by an online mode named EBS.
please contact us as soon as possible.
