sir i had filed an application to the registrar mahakaosal nurses registration council bhopal mp for duplicate marksheet diploma and renewal of registration certificate on the date 29-01-2010. but i have not provided the said documents by the council till now.. plearse suggest me what to do.
I have applied for renewal of my nursing certificate in the month of September 2012 and in Nov- 2012 I received from your office, that the amount remitted for renewal of certificate was short of Rs 275/-. To this I have sent a DD (no 106497 dtd 21.1.2013) to Registrar , for Rs 275/= which I hope you must have received.
Till today I have not received the orginal certificate after renewal.P lease be kind enough to let me know what is the position of the same.

I have applied for renewal of my nursing certificate in the month of July 2016 and in July 2016 I received from your office, that the amount remitted for renewal of certificate was short of Rs 470/- .To this I have sent a DD (no 125706 DTD 18regist6 ) to registrar , for Rs 470/= which I hope you must have received.
Till today I have not received the original certificate after renewal. Please be kind enough to let me know what is the position of the same.
