I have ordered a pair of rayban sunglasses (Ray Ban Aviator Metal Sunglasses USA Imported LIF/RAY/RAY/80036)for INR 699.00 from Kaunsa.com on 27th of March 2014, at the tiome of placing the order I was informed that I will get the product delivered at my doorsteps on or before 3rd of April 2014, but when i did not got the product Till 5th Of april, I tried to check the status of my ordered item, I was shocked to see that the data on the website was shoing that It ahs been delivered on 7th Of April 2014, whereas it was actually 5th April. I tried calling the customer service at 0120-4835000, But the IVR message kept on reminding me that it was an invalid number, then on 6th of april I tried their another number 0120-4111111, on which the call gets picked up & the IVR message informs that the call is being transferred but after several rings the call gets disconnected.
