sir i have purchased lg refrigerator on 31 dec 2014. And in downward door any liquid product or any vegetables is kept is covered with ice. And sir i have complain many times but my problem remains unsorted. each day i call lg but each and every time they say sir after two days i will come. i have made many compalins regarding it. sir please solve my problem as soon as possible.

sir what happen to my complaint. sir same problem is their and lg customer is not sending anyone saying in next two days next days he is only speaking. sir i have mail to lg also but no response. sir since i have purchased the product the same problem is continued. now sir tell me what to do.
