sir, i purchase a idea smart phone arus 3 on the date 20-06-2013.and after one month it will complaint.then i go to autherised alcatel service center expert mobiles,anchalummoodu,kollam,kerala on the date 31-07-2013.now one month complete and i call the center they told me the product will sent to alcatel company.and they don’t sent back after repair.today i go to service center they told me alcatel company agreement contract period will completed and they are not responsible for my phone. sir please a strict action against alcatel mobile company or the servicing centre.
