Docomo Mcheck service causing problem

Location/place: Visakhapatnam

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I am using tata docomo connection and it is has Mcheck service enable .I have tried to disable it and is not working . Place a complaint regarding the same and customer care provided non working solution . Due to this service it always showing processing “Mcheck” and draining away my mobile battery . This has become a big headach to me.
I have tried to reach a local docomo store which is 20km away from my home and they said only customer care can provide a solution which they never did.

Looking out for some solution.

    I have also tried the Customer support URL provided they asked me to do so “Sir kindly mail to Email: [email protected] ” which i have done long back and still the problem is there.

    Tata docomo service is not as per before the customer care executive gives no proper response they give unusual answers and irritating answers they thing as we are fool and we can call to customer care number only once a day totally fed up with this docomo service …. Any ways solve my problem of mchek on tata processing my no is 8460191886 nd mail id is [email protected]
