on the http://www. phoolwala.com/ .
Order Id is : 147815. The order booking date 27 Jan 2016 and the was booked for the 29th Jan 2016 (as Anniversary Gift).
I have already paid the money through netbanking and transaction detail is
27/01/2016 72370 NET TXN: PAYTM 4367676718 Phoolwala 985.00
The Gift was not delivered on the 29th Jan 2016.The order was very important for me (anniversary on 29th Jan 2016) .
After 29th, I don’t feel any importance of the gift. I tried to reach to the customer care (Numbers given on website : 98733 56937 / 9213356937) .
Nobody Responded to my calls. I am feeling cheated and stupid.
I want someone (authorized person) to take solid action against these ignorance of the service. –Amit Kumar
