Dispute against Fraud Transaction of Account Bharti Airtel Ltd.

Dear Sir,
I have one Credit card from your Bank (Axis) and No is 4614 5600 0162 5783.

I received message of Transaction 3000/- of Bharti Airtel Ltd on 30.07.2014 but this transaction done by other.

Total 6 times transaction done on this cards by the same Merchant.

Transaction Done for Merchant : – Bharti Airtel Ltd.
Transaction Amt : – 3000/-
Transaction done : – 6 times
Total Amt of Transaction : – 18,000/- Rs.

I call you toll free no and talk with executive on 30.07.2014 at 3.27am. He suggested closing the above credit cards so I closed above cards and also sending the one dispute form for above detail fill up and return to us.

So I will enclose herewith Fill up dispute form and Police Compliant which is submitted in Sola High Court Police Station and unbilled transaction of Bharti Airtel Ltd for your ref. as per your executive instruction given to me.

I hope above detail and forms submitted by me in line of order.

So, I requested to you please searching about above transaction.

Kindly do the needful action above matter and amount to be credit (18,000/-) in my credit card As Soon As possible.

After this email i have lot of correspondence with Axis bank but its only one reply which is say this transaction done by your id and password.

Axis bank is not given any detail of payment release for Bharti Airtel ltd.

After 7 month, Axis bank is deducting the 18922 balance on 23.02.2015 from my salary account which is axis bank. Kalol.

Many Many times i call to Axis bank credit card collection centre – Ambawadi and Axis bank Kalol Branch but Nobody give the proper answer for this issue.

Kindly do the needful action as soon as possible because of i am very mentally upset from 7 Month and now financially.
