DishTV not proper working

Hi Sir/Mam,

Sir, I have been called by customer care Executive of Airtel. They said if you want exchange your setup box with HD+ so you can change only Rs.800 almost. We asked how many HD Channel will you provide us. They you can get all HD channel will active for 1st Month and three month for all recording but they didn’t say you can record the movie which you are watching when ever change the channel you have stop the recording. This is fraud. And also one have query. Now I’m facing while change the channel from HD. It’s automatically restart the setup box. And whenever you will the customer care they send a employee to do work. They will charge of 150 Rs. So, What is the process, why they are giving us bad thing.
They have to give us proper service without chargeable. Please take action against it.
