Different Model of Microwave Oven

I had bought a Microwave oven on 01/08/2013 from M/s Electrovision, 3/85, Chittaranjan, Raja S.C.Mullick Road, Kolkata 7000032, vide Invoice No. 67232. I had asked them for an LG 28 litre Convection Microwave Oven with 151 Auto Cook Menus. The box in which the oven was supplied to me showed the picture and other details of the oven I had asked for. After the oven was delivered, my mother fell ill and ultimately she expired in February this year. In between I had to change my residence. Hence I had not opened the package. Subsequently, about 20 days back when the LG service people came to install the oven we found that the box contained an LG Microwave Oven, 28 Litre Convection but with 76 Auto Cook Menus. I asked the service men to repack the oven as it was not the one I had asked for. Thereafter they informed their service centre and I informed the dealer. The dealer said that the company should change the oven as the model displayed on the box and the one inside it were different. The LG company now says that a sticker with the model no. of the oven inside the box was stuck on the box, hence the dealer is the one at fault. Now they are shifting blame to each other and I am suffering.
Please advise as to what I should do.
