I didn’t get any help from Customer Care or service centre

Respected Sir/Mam,

In the month of March’15 I have been buy a new mobile phone of Yureka company online lunched my micromax.but before completion of one month i have faced a issue’s of overheating,restarting automatically and Proximity sensors. Regarding this i have call there customer Care representative on there help line number (18602122122),their they guide me to follow some procedure to fix this issue like run phone in safe mode etc,but after follow all procedure i am unable to fix this issue.After one week i am again call on company help line number mention above but this time they say me to mail my issues on there support email id ([email protected]) with screenshot of my all apps installed in my phone & promise me to resolve this problem in 24 to 48 hours, i done the same & wait for one week but i am not received any revert from there side.Now on today i am again call them regarding to this or asking for there service center but they don’t help me & cut the phone from there side.

so its a request to you please help me because due to this problem i am unable to use my phone properly,below is the ticket numbers for your reference that i has been received from customer care during this whole conversation.

Warranty Policy

We’ve got you covered! YU devices come with extensive warranty. We have 12 months warranty on the handset and 6 months warranty on out of box accessories (battery, charging adapter, USB data cable & in-ear headset).

The warranty starts from the date of purchase (Amazon invoice will be required as a proof of purchase).

The warranty will be void only in 3 scenarios as mentioned below:

Any kind of water damage.
Any kind of accidental damage.
Any kind of damage arising through wear and tear or rough usage of the product.

Services and Repair Policy

We provide door step service to our customers in India.

Terms of Service:

For any issues with the handset or the accessory, customer need to contact YU support team.
YU Support team will do necessary troubleshooting on the handset/accessory to confirm the issue.
Once YU Support team confirms the issue, they will raise a ticket to authorize the replacement of the handset/accessory.
The doorstep replacement of the handset/accessory service is currently available in 115 cities in India.
For cities, where the doorstep service is not available. Customers can send the device directly to our central service centre and we will reimburse the courier amount to them.
The warranty of the replaced handset/accessory will continue to be from date of purchase of the original handset/accessory.
