I am saki, i got selected in beiten software pvt ltd, as web developer they are asking 25,000/- deposit and salary 6000. it is located in jayanagar, is it good to join or not please help me. bcoz in any genuine company they wont collect atleast 10/- also….. please share your views…. and suggest me.

Beiten Software is a fraud Company. I have selected as .NET developer. They are asking 50k for security deposit and 1 year bond. Also they tell a story, they have plan to start a new Branch in Madivala.
Every thing is only a story. The fact is that ,the Company M D is a NO:1 fraud . He haven’t a vehicle , even bicycle.
This is my experience, if you have doubt , ask to Company Employees.
If you want to spoil your life and money please go that company.

i m rashmi. i was working there as a data entry operator. these people had no work, no project. so they took money from us. and last 10th sept. they fired everyone from data entry department.so it is my personal suggestion to you dnt go there.dnt waste your money.if they do like this for us.then they can do same thing for developers also. within two months they can shutdown their process.they just open this company for making money. earlier they took 25k from everyone now they are taking 50k.look if you people want good job with good carrer knowlegde. dnt go there. its just a fake and fraud company.

Whenever live work was done, that time there was a very big loss for the company. guys m also selected for this company but one thing is that its a MCA(ministry of corporate affairs) registered company.i am not sure abt dat money but one thing,the MD cannt be do anything with our money and abt the money,r8now TCS also taking 50000 from the candidates through on-campus.I have seen many companies who are taking money because they will provide us the training for that if u leave the job with in 1 year then the company will be in loss

Beiten software is fully fake company.Dont waste your money there.This company MD Prem Lal is also fully fake.Earlier he was running aspire it services pvt ltd.And he fooled his many client. Now also that cases against him is running against him in kerala.there is also a news clipping of him on youtube. you search in google.This company even dont have money to pay to his employee. They are not paying to his employee also.Even they dont have any building in Madivala.When you will go to company they will make some story.if they have any company there in madivala.Ask the hr team they will not give you exact address.

I went for interview there.whatever i concluded after talking to many employee there i came to know that this company is fully fake.you check there website it looks like some 10th stds student school project.There are so many errors in there website.Can any company who is running a software company can have such low std website.In project section there is no project.They are not paying to there employee also.That’s company infrastructure is worst than a coaching institute. Non of the it company will be like this.when i googled about the MD of this company i found so many complains against him.earlier i was not believing on these complains because any one can write false news about company. But when i talked to there employee then i came to know what the truth is.This company even dont have any projects also.Now its your wish to go and attend this company or look for a better opportunity.
Now only they are not paying to employee.how can we believe that they will that much of huge amount to us after 1 year. And who knows that this company will remain there or not even after 1 month. I am working here in beiten software.I watched that video.We all are worried about the authenticity of the company because the Md himself is a big fraud. And whatever clarification they are giving to us is also a very big fake story.
Today jaswanth told that they fired you because you have done some fraud in company.He told that you were in very good touch with the employee (i.e. HR panel) ,when they given you warning for the first time,then you took the letter head of the company and the seal of the company and written a apology letter on behalf of the company i.e we are giving you one more chance if you and your team is able to work as per the expectation of the company then they will promote you.But you and your team was not able to do that.Because of you people company had a huge loss and you people were not working also.
Is the above stated is true or again it is a fake story by jashwanth.Because from the first day he is telling some fake story to us.And he do promise like he never breaks his word.

I can’t say any thing about manager & jaswanth.because i don’t know any thing. He terminated me without any proper reason and without any Prior notic.i said him i will do police complain.then he said to
me join again as a data entry operator for 10 days,so i thought he will not give my position back that’s why i made a written agreement in company letter head in that i wrote after 10 days md will give my position back and if he want to terminate me that time he have to give me a prior notice of 60 days
i prepared this agreement i thought if he is not giving my position back that time i will use it but they found from my bag that’s why i resiged.
For all this i only was the responsible not whole dataentry section.even they don’t know anything.They all are very good and hardworking.sir didn’t give any live project to us last
2 months.Then how dataentry employee did loss of him.this is the fake story because of me he terminated to all.you think if ur teamleader will do any thing wrong then he should terminate team leader or whole team.
I accepted i did mistake because i was insecure about my job.i should wait for 10 days.This is the reason why i resigned.but in this matter there is no any mistake of data entry team.
according to me he terminated whole team because he don’t have any project for dataentry.also he don’t have place for data entry section.

Beiten Softwares,s MD Premlal is a NO:1 fraud.
He need to collect money from poor job seekers. Fist amount of security was 25 k. Then he recognize the demand for the job ,so he increase the amount to 50k. Now it increase to 90 k. After collecting this money , one day he will take the money and run away.
He did the same thing in Alleppey , Cochin and Coimbatore. Now he comes to Bangalore for cheating job seekers and collect money.
