I had booked battery pack of SONY of 10000mAh capacity for Rs 749.00 vide order no AB3413266.
Material was delivered on 15th . Details given on the cover are the same as ordered i.e 10000mAh battery pack, Colour black.
After we opened the pack we found that battery pack is of SAMSUNG and capacity is 90000mAh.We contacted the customer care no 04444444444 on 16th. The response from the lady was disgusting . She was not at all willing to listen and demanded my bank account number . She said that we have to return the pack and money will be returned to my account. I complained about the same on facebook. Ms. Monika responded saying that we will resolve the issue soon. Now received a call from 9599597532 at 5.55 pm today i.e 20th June who informed that they cannot help me because the complaint was not lodged within 48 hours. This is cheating on part of the company. They should return my money and collect the material from the same address immediately. Also they should be banned from this
business. Hope this forum will help me.
