Delivery of our damaged goods during shifting from Ghaziabad to Jamshedpur

Dear Sir / Madam,

This mail is in regard to shifting house hold goods (job ref GC No-154 & Bill No-0401job ref GC No-154 & Bill No-0401) through IDEA PACKERS & MOVERS with customer name on Mr. Satyendra Kumar Singh (mobile 080921 70191).

I am writing this mail on his behalf of Mr. Satyendra being his younger brother, as he has joined his new assignment and having time constraint ,

Goods were send to Jamshedpur from Ghaziabad. Insurance of goods were also arranged by Idea packer & mover as they had booked goods along with insurance cover
and they had charged use for this insurance.

We have handed over all goods in good condition on date 1st Aril,14 and received goods on date 13th Apil,14 at Jamshedpur.

Out of all goods we have found our Pulser Bike, Hoonda Scooty, Steel Almirah, LCD monitor, Bedroll in damaged condition.
Same remarks are mentioned on POD also.

At the time of delivery Their person Mr. Babloo said as first step he will take Bike and get it repaired & return to us and on same pattern, other goods will also be repaired.
Based on commitment of Mr. Babloo, Bike was handed overed to him on date 13th April,14 and till date we have not received bike back.

Because of above damage we have not paid remain amount (7000 Rs) to them as value of damaged goods is expected to be on higher than of your pending amount value.

IDEA PACKER & MOVERS (Dilip Yadav – 096507 02145 & Mukesh – 093111 59431) is not returning my Pulser bike and also not repairing our Hooda Scooty.
They are also not going for insurance claim as they have charged us for insurance also.

As per Dilip yadav he will just give 1,000 Rs. for scooty repair which is badly damaged while we said to get it repair / arrange insurance claim and return our bike.

We have been struggling from the date of handing over till date as we received goods in damaged condition and also wasting our valuable time in talking to all these person
and making telephone expense which also give us mental harassment in totality.

He said he don’t care about CONSUMER FORUM and our complain so we have to pay 6000 Rs (1,000 Rs. discount) to Idea packers and also repair our scooty by our own pocket.

We need to assistance / guidance from consumer forum so get reimbursement as per our right.
