Hi,
This is to inform you that I had ordered a doll house from shopclues, order number 63150171, costing Rs 530 (499 cost + 31 shipping). In the images and description they had shown a plastic product but had delivered a product made up of card board and low quality papers, which isnt worth 530 at all!
I had raised a return request, id : 1858243, but they had rejected saying its the same as description.
Kindly take some action regarding them delivering me the incorrect product and please help me getting my product replaced or returned.
