Delay In Sim Activation

Hi
My name is Yogesh Bagaria
I Bought a sim on 16-04-2016 and was assured that it will be activated by 18-04-2016
However, on 19th it got activated
And i was asked to call 59059 to enjoy the service
By confirming my name, my father’s name and my address.
I did the following
I was disappointed with the customer service team aircel has appointed
Even after confirming all the necessary details
I was asked an irrelevant question
Before calling 59059 i opted for the language English
But the executive communicated to me in telugu
After confirming the details
The executive asked me to be on hold
And he then started talking to his senior without keeping the call on mute from his side
I was able to listen to everything he spoke to his senior which was very unprofessional
I was said that my number will be activated within 2 hours
But till date it hasn’t been activated
I’m disappointed with the ridiculous behavior from Aircel’s side.

I hope you look into the matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible
